Online WSJ write an extensive article about workers hunting for new jobs and business executive seeking better post through the internet. On the last note, WSJ recommends to run a Google search on your name to see the Internet search engine’s result. This is becoming a common for most employers to perform background check before they invite professionals for an interview or before offering a job.

The reason :  Your referrals can be so flattering about you while someone might write something nasty about you. In some case, or someone with the same name as you could show up in search-engine results with detrimental results.. By regularly searching for digital dirt about yourself, you may be able to do some damage control.

Paid [tag-tec]background search[/tag-tec] and free ones will make a difference in the quality of the results. If you are really interested in a comprehensive profile in order to get that highly desired job , do try Gov Records or US Search.com . Otherwise, Google or Yahoo.com will make do. Pre-employment background checks do pays at times.
